“I just recently had my Heating & Air Systems replaced on October 3, 2024 by Benton Young and his Technicians. They arrived by 9:00 a.m. and were done by 3:00 p.m. replacing two Heat Pumps & Air Handlers. Had a 4-Ton unit for the downstairs and a 2-Ton unit for the upstairs Bonus Room. The installers were very efficient and knowledgeable. Once the crew was done with the install you couldn't even tell they were here with all the old units and debris removed. Everyone was so friendly and polite. Would highly recommend Advance Heating & Air of Sumter. Very Happy with my new units. You can barely hear them running.”
“Taylor has been very professional and considerate while helping us with our AC units. Even though my problem hasn't been resolved yet (issues with property owner), I know it's in good hands with Advance heating and air. Not only was Taylor willing to communicate between the property manager and I, he even tried to troubleshoot with us on alternate ways to fix the problems after repairs had been declined. It felt like the team at Advance really cared about us. You can't put a price on service like that. Thanks Taylor, and thank you Advance heating and air for all your help”

“Advance just completed a replacement of our 4 ton heat pump with a high-SEER system. Chris and his team did an outstanding job – started at 8:30 and by 1:30 we were up and running. I've had nothing but great experiences with Benton and his company for the 11 years I've lived in Sumter. They are always very responsive to emergencies and repairs. They truly care about their customers, and it shows through all of the employees at Advance. I highly recommend them.”

I have not had any problems with my Heat Pump scent Advance Heating & Air repaired it for me. The technician was very courteous and professional. He came within that time slot he gave me, and I thought the price that he charged me was very reasonable. About two weeks ago a friend of mine told me that their AC quit working. I call Advance Heating & Air for them, and they are well please with the service they got. I will not only call Advance Heating & Air for all my heating and air needs, but I will continue to recommend Advance Heating & Air to all my friends.”
My furnace went out when it was freezing cold and I needed help asap. Advance was able to come out next day and instantly figured out the problem and had it fixed up same day. thank you!!! i’ll be using them for all my repairs
the indoor air quality at my house was always a problem and it triggered my allergies so bad. I called Advance Heating & Air and they helped me with a new whole house air filter system. Install went quick and i can immediately tell the difference. I couldn’t be happier with their work!
The Advance Heating & Air team was great! Their tech was on-time, courteous, and explained the service to me which i appreciated. I’ll continue to use them for my Heat Pump maintenance!
